Privacy policy
BEHPOL collects as little as possible. There are no accounts, no forms and no analytics on this site — the only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us when you get in touch.
Who is responsible
The company responsible for the information described here is P.H.i U. BEH-POL Jarosław Krzemiński, NIP 693-114-85-41. Contact details are on the contact page.
What the site collects
Nothing you have to fill in — the site has no forms, no login and no newsletter. Two things happen automatically:
- Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of requests (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- One value is stored in your own browser to remember that you closed the cookie notice. It is never sent to us. See the cookie policy.
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking across sites, and no profiling or automated decision-making.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we hold what you send — your name, your contact details, your company, and whatever you tell us about the equipment you need. We use it to answer you and to supply what you ask about, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to in order to answer you, plus the providers that run our infrastructure — our website host and our email provider. They process information on our instructions. If answering you requires going to a manufacturer, we pass on only what that enquiry needs.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us using the details on the contact page and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the data protection authority for country and authority needed.
Changes
If how we handle information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
