CHARAKTERYSTYKA ELSEC electrically insulating protective gloves are anatomically shaped five-finger gloves, made of high-grade natural rubber latex on an automated production line. Each glove has its own individual number and is electrically tested on a computer-controlled test station. A test certificate from the electrical tests is supplied with every pair of gloves. The ergonomic shape and flexibility of the glove allow free work with anti-sweat liners and protective leather gloves. ELSEC electrically insulating protective gloves are produced in five classes defining the voltage requirements:00 (2.5 kV) 0 (5 kV) 1 (10 kV) 2 (20 kV) 3 (30 kV) According to PN-EN 60903:2006 (EN 60903:2003 + AC2:2005), ELSEC electrically insulating protective gloves have category RC and offer increased resistance:R – resistant to acid, oil, ozone; C – resistant to extremely low temperature. Category R combines the properties of categories A, H and Z:A – resistant to acid; H – resistant to oil; Z – resistant to ozone; KONSTRUKCJA ELSEC electrically insulating protective gloves are made entirely of natural rubber latex. APPROVALS ELSEC electrically insulating protective gloves hold a positive EC type examination no. WE/S/2369/2015 for conformity with Directive 89/686/EEC and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21 December 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 259, item 2173) according to the standard PN-EN 60903:2006 (EN 60903:2003 + AC2:2005) "Live working. Do not use the gloves if more than 6 months have passed since the date of the last test, and in the case of new and stored unused gloves, if more than 12 months have passed since the date of the last test. Do not use damaged or leaking gloves. If there is any doubt about the condition of the gloves, do not use them, but have them inspected and tested. If the gloves have become wet or damp, dry them carefully at a temperature not exceeding 65 oC and dust them with talc. Inspection tests of the gloves must be carried out in accordance with the standard PN-EN 60903:2006 (EN 60903:2003 + AC2:2005). Class 1, 2 and 3 gloves should be electrically tested, while class 00 and 0 gloves should be visually inspected to detect damage and cracks. Electrical tests may be carried out optionally. Gloves in intensive use should be tested every 3 months.
