3M™ Sentinel™ 71510-00003, TacPack safety goggles meet the standard EN 166 (personal eye protection). The goggles are tested according to the STANAG 2920 ballistic test regime for protection against high-velocity impacts. Everyone should be able to choose eye protection suited to their own requirements and needs, ensuring safety and comfort at work. The low-profile design allows a better fit under combat helmets. They fit the shape of the face perfectly; adjustment is by an elastic head strap with a buckle that keeps the goggles stable in the right position. The inside of the goggles is covered with a soft ventilated foam liner that fits closely and prevents dust and dirt from getting in. The goggles come with interchangeable lenses in clear, amber and grey, which can be used in a wide range of combat environments. The lenses are resistant to scratches, low-energy impacts with a maximum velocity of 45 m/s and high-velocity particles at extreme temperatures from -5°C to + 55°C. The lens is fog-resistant and ensures clear visibility in conditions of extreme humidity and extreme temperatures. The Anti-Scratch coating and Anti-Fog coating increase durability and improve visibility. Low weight and an ergonomic shape make the goggles exceptionally comfortable to use. The goggles come with a special protective case and an additional black microfibre pouch.
