ESD occupational footwear designed for work in the electronics industry, on construction sites, in warehouses and in places at risk from sparks, flammable substances or vapours. Protects against electrostatic discharge, minimising the risk of ignition. Made of nubuck microfibre with a polyurethane toe reinforcement. SR soles provide slip resistance on ceramic surfaces covered with NaLS and glycerol, and are additionally resistant to acids, alkalis and contact with hot surfaces (180 °C). The footwear has antistatic properties, energy absorption in the heel, a removable contoured insole and is metal free – ideal where work without metal parts is required. Plastic eyelets make putting on easier and add comfort in use.
