OPIS PRODUKTU Men's low shoes with metal toecap 45/PPO meet the standards EN 20345 (personal protective equipment - safety footwear), S1 (safety footwear with composite or metal toecap), SRC (slip resistance on ceramic tile with sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) solution and on steel with glycerol). PPO parabolic collection. Available in sizes 39 to 48. Upper made of perforated suede leather with a high water vapour permeability coefficient. Inside, the Ibiline nonwoven vamp lining and the Super Royal® nonwoven quarter lining are materials with high water vapour permeability that effectively wick away moisture. Removable insole: soft, comfortable, skin-friendly, hygroscopic, with an activated carbon filter with antifungal, antiperspirant and antibacterial properties, giving the foot a neutral odour and a feeling of dryness and pleasant coolness. The insole is suitable for repeated washing. Energy absorption in the heel area cushions shocks and has a positive effect on prolonged or excessive load on the foot in static position and dynamic movement. For better toe protection the footwear is fitted with a metal toecap that protects against injuries with an impact energy of up to 200J or a compression of 15kN. The deep tread and parabolic heel guarantee stability and walking comfort. PU/PU sole of two-layer polyurethane resistant to oils, greases, petrol and other organic solvents. The outer layer in contact with the ground is solid polyurethane with high resistance to abrasion and cutting. The inner layer is foamed polyurethane, which makes the footwear light and flexible and effectively evens out uneven ground. The footwear does not scratch surfaces, has excellent anti-slip properties, and the sole resists temperatures of up to 180°C in brief contact. Fastening with a buckled strap stabilises the foot and ensures safety while walking. The footwear can be used in heavy and light industry. Recommended for construction workers, road workers, pavers, warehouse staff, mechanics, assembly-line production, forwarding and farm work.
