High-cut model with a design that prevents welding sparks from getting inside the boot, a flap covering the laces, a quick-release system (a safety buckle allows the tightening strap to be undone quickly) and a foot-friendly protective leather collar at the top of the upper. The footwear is made of embossed leather with a heat-resistant finish. The upper parts are joined with Kevlar threads of high thermal and mechanical resistance. The upper is resistant to small splashes of molten metal, flame and elevated temperatures (180°C). Footwear with very good hygienic properties. Vamp lining: Ibiline nonwoven, quarter lining: Super Royal® material with high water vapour permeability. Removable insole with high hygroscopicity. The boots are fitted with an internal metal toecap that effectively protects the foot against 200J impact; the step of the toecap inside the shoe is effectively softened by polyurethane foam, so the toecap is almost imperceptible. The metal anti-perforation insert protects against penetration from below with a force of up to 1100N. The stable two-layer PU/Rubber sole is resistant to oils, petrol and other organic solvents, offers high resistance to abrasion and cutting, to dilute acid and alkali solutions (30% H2SO4 and 20% NaOH) and to temperatures of up to 300°C in brief contact, provides SRC slip resistance and absorbs energy in the heel area. The boots have all the protection and reinforcements necessary for welding work and provide optimum protection in extreme conditions.
