The model has a soft, foam-padded protective collar, a leather half-bellows tongue, reflective elements that increase visibility in low light, and lace-up fit. Upper made of full-grain cowhide leather with spacer fabric inserts. Vamp lining: Ibiline fabric, quarter lining: spacer fabric, a 3D-structured material with air holes ensuring optimal transpiration and maximum air circulation. The footwear has a removable insole with high hygroscopicity. For full safety the boots are fitted with an internal metal toe cap shaped to the natural form of the foot, which effectively protects the foot against impact with a force of 200J; the step of the toe cap inside the footwear is effectively softened by polyurethane foam, so the toe cap is almost imperceptible. The two-layer PU/TPU sole is resistant to oils, petrol and other organic solvents and to a temperature of 120°C in short-term contact, does not scratch surfaces, provides excellent slip protection, keeps excellent flexibility and elasticity even at low temperatures, is resistant to abrasion, cuts and cracking, and absorbs energy in the heel area. The sole design protects the leather at the front, and the tread on the toe gives additional slip protection when working on sloping ground. The sole-to-upper bonding technology ensures a durable bond between bottom and upper and keeps the footwear waterproof from the ground. High wearing comfort means the footwear copes excellently with demanding working conditions in construction, warehouses, logistics and production halls.
