OPIS PRODUKTU Safety boots with toe cap and penetration-resistant midsole 0373/ PPO meet the standards EN 20345 (personal protective equipment - safety footwear), S3 (toe cap resistant to impacts of 200J, closed heel area, antistatic properties, energy absorption in the heel area, penetration resistance of 1100N and cleated outsole, water impermeability), HRO (sole resistance to contact with hot surfaces, 300°C for 1 minute), SRC (outsole slip-resistant on ceramic or steel floor with dilute soap solution or glycerine). Model with a high upper above the ankle, finished with a protective collar filled with latex foam, semi-bellows leather tongue, fit adjusted by lacing. Upper made of embossed grain leather with reduced water absorption. Vamp lining: Ibiline fabric, quarter lining: Super Royal® material with high water vapour permeability. The boots have a removable insole with high hygroscopicity. For full safety the footwear is equipped with a metal toe cap resistant to impacts of 200J and a metal penetration-resistant midsole protecting against puncture from the ground with a force of up to 1100N. The boots have a dual-density PU/Rubber sole, waterproof from the ground, resistant to oils, petrol and other organic solvents, with resistance to abrasion and cutting, dilute solutions of acids and alkalis (30% H2SO4 and 20% NaOH) and to temperatures in short-term contact up to 300°C. The inner layer is foamed polyurethane, which makes the footwear light and flexible and effectively cushions uneven ground. The sole effectively protects against slipping on steel and ceramic floors. It absorbs energy in the heel area and reduces shocks when walking. The specially profiled heel additionally protects the leg against twisting.
