AirPro SecurePlus - cap with a reduced peak (RP model) meeting the requirements for an industrial bump cap. The AirPro Baseball peaked cap has been designed to provide maximum wearing comfort. It is very well ventilated and, despite the protective insert, it is still one of the lightest caps on the market. Fit to the head circumference is provided by a screw adjustment, which is also positioned lower than in classic solutions. Both these features guarantee an optimal fit. FEATURES AND BENEFITS:Compact dimensions. Peak length: 3 cm. Ventilation: provided by: - mesh part of the cover material; - perforated shell and soft insert; - breathable polyester material; - perforated side pads. Adjustment: screw. Adjustment range: 54-62 cm. The outer material of the cap is coated with a layer of DuPont Teflon®. This makes cleaning easier. Colour: navy (NB). MATERIAŁY: Protective insert (shell): ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) Outer material: Polyester coated with DuPont Teflon® Lining and ventilation mesh: Textile material coated with EVA foam Inner headband: Polyester European Standard – EN 812:2012 -30°C (low temperature resistance) Care and maintenance. Storage. Can be stored and transported in the original packaging at ambient temperature (0°C to +30°C). Store in a dark room for up to 5 years. Do not store in full light or near heat sources, as this may weaken the material. Service life. Service life of Centurion bump caps: up to 5 years (excluding storage time). Intensive use (especially in a harsh environment) may significantly shorten the service life of the product. Cleaning. Textile part: wash at 30 °C; do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean. Protective insert (shell + pad): separate. Clean using soapy water and a soft cloth; do not use solvents or abrasive materials. Use. Before use, check that all parts are undamaged. Any damage to the protective insert means there is no effective protection against hazards. Disposal. If possible, it is best recycled. Please check the material marking with the recycling symbol.
