Use: Respiratory protection against high concentrations of respirable dust; to be used for welding and soldering; protects against dusts containing beryllium, antimony, arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, nickel, radium, strychnine, radioactive particles. It also protects against sulphuric acid mists, dusts containing lead, hydrogen fluoride vapours and aromatic hydrocarbons ( below the OEL) . It is used in underground mines where exhaust fumes occur in low concentrations, in lead and non-ferrous metal smelters, electroplating plants, sulphuric acid bottling plants and battery rooms, in phosphate fertiliser plants, glassworks, bitumen plants, and chemical laboratories where hydrogen fluoride may be encountered. The FS 33 V W FFP3 R D half mask is reusable equipment. Additional advantages: The fitted exhalation valve keeps breathing resistance very low. The half mask has an additional layer of non-woven fabric with activated carbon. The seal used in the FS 33 V W FFP3 R D half mask helps keep the product hygienic when the half mask is used over several days.
